Our focus is on middle-sized companies - with revenues from € 2m to € 10m - operating in the manifacturing sector. We are looking for companies with a high-quality asset base and a consistent record of positive cash flows in the last years.
Although we are willing to take into consideration also other opportunities, if worthy, our main interest is in some excellence districts located in Lombardy, Tuscany and Veneto.
